There are 7 hidden treasure chests scattered across Havana in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, and you can collect them all at the very beginning of the game. These treasure chests usually reward you with collectibles like earrings, bracelets and a healthy pile of reales. This guide shows you exactly where these 7 treasures are located and how to get them so that you can collect them efficiently.
Treasure Chest 1
The first treasure chest can be found submerged underwater near the docks of Havana. Head to the marked location shown on the above map.
At the location, look for shipwreck in the water near the docks shown in the above image. Dive underwater below the shipwreck and you’ll find the first treasure chest. You get the following collectibles from the following chest – Emerald Earrings, Gold Tobacco Box and Pocket Watch.
Treasure Chest 2
The second treasure chest is located in the north side of Havana near the Castillo. Make your way to the marked location shown on the above map image.
The chest is located at the central area of the building, and a guard would be stationed near the treasure. Knockout the guard and then loot the treasure chest. You get the following collectibles – Silver Bracelet, Jade Statue and Silver Plate.
Treasure Chest 3
Head to the marked location shown in the above image on the west side of Havana.
Look for the building shown in the image and head inside through the open window to reach the treasure chest. You obtain the following collectibles – Gold Tiara, Silver Medallion and Silver Plate.
Treasure Chest 4
The fourth treasure chest is located in the central area of Havana. Get to the marked location shown on the map.
At the marked location, look for an abandoned house which has a big opening above the doorway as shown in the above image. Climb through the opening to reach the treasure chest. You’ll obtain the Diamond Earrings, Pearl and Porcelain Platter.
Treasure Chest 5
Get to the following location shown on the map to reach the 5th treasure chest in Havana.
Look for a huge tree that is surrounded by buildings, one of the buildings has an opening, go through the opening and you’ll find the treasure chest. You’ll get the following items – Golden Tobacco Box, Golden Compass and Silver Saucer.
Treasure Chest 6
The sixth treasure chest is located on the southern port of Havana which is a restricted area, so expect some conflict while collecting the treasure chest.
Sneak your way through the waters and stealth kill guards and you’ll find the treasure chest tucked inside the structure. You’ll get Silver Bracelet, Silver Pitcher and Painted Shell by opening the treasure chest.
Treasure Chest 7
The last treasure chest is located inside the restricted templar’s castle of Havana. You need to progress the main story mission “Mister Walpole, I Presume?”, where you need to meet with the Governor.
During the mission to meet the Governor, you’ll reach the courtyard shown in the above image. You can take a small detour before proceeding with the mission. While Rogers and Julien are waiting, you can climb up to the balcony on the left to reach the treasure chest.
You’ll obtain the Emerald Earrings, Silver Ring and Gold Ring collectibles from the following treasure chest.
