Honkai Star Rail has a complex puzzle mechanism based on Prophecy Tablets, challenging the strategic thinking of the player. Puzzles are located in Kremnos, Janusopolis, and Bloodbathed Battlefront. Most of these puzzles are connected with quests and side-quests and open chests or continue storylines. All 16 Prophecy Tablet Puzzles
In Honkai: Star Rail, solving the Prophecy Tablet puzzle involves matching the fragments to the displayed shape by placing the given pieces on the highlighted area. If pieces overlap, the overlapping sections will disappear, but placing another shape over those sections will make them reappear. If you are stuck for a while, the game will guide you toward the correct solution. Completing the puzzle rewards you with a Bountiful Treasures chest.
The Prophecy Tablet, created by the Oroynx, was designed to seal the tokens left by the Titans’ followers on Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail. Players will encounter these stone tablets during the Heroic Saga of the Flame-Chase Trailblazer mission. Solving the puzzle unlocks hidden memories and fulfills the Prophecy. Below are all 16 prophecy tablet puzzles along with there solutions.
Location 1: Structural Stimulation Prophecy Tablet
In the Kremnos mission “Cleanse Thy Rusted Blood (II),” you will come across a puzzle that requires a bit of strategy. Solving this will create a concrete ball and light one of the braziers. First, repair the cracked pillar on the far right corner, near the stairs, then activate the Prayer upgrade on Oronyx’s enhancement device.
Puzzle 1
First of all, approach the left-hand Prophecy Tablet. Put the square at the bottom and position the triangle above it to fill out the tablet.
Location 2: Path of Revelation
After the completion path of revelation prophecy tablet, a bridge will appear in font of you to move appear.
Puzzle 2
Place the square at the centre. Then place the two triangles at the corners of the hexagone. After that, place the two leftover triangles on the square.
Location 3: Strife Ruins Castrum Kremnos Prophecy Tablets
You will come across the first two Prophecy Tablets in Strife Ruins as you progress through the main story. The third one is on the second floor, sitting at the edge of a platform after you climb some stairs. You will find the final Prophecy Tablet during the Wasteland quest, Hark Back Glory of Old. To get to it, head to the right side of the hall after using the Hand of Zagreus to create a bridge.
Puzzle 3
Place the square in the center. Position one small triangle at the sharp right corner of the projected image, and the other small triangle at the sharp left corner.
Puzzle 4
Place one right triangle at the bottom of the highlighted shape and the other on the opposite side. Then, position one small triangle in the top left corner and the other in the top right corner.
Puzzle 5
Use one right triangle to form half of a square on the far right side of the projected image, and the other to complete the square. Place the diamond shape on the far left side, then position a small triangle on the right half of the diamond. Use the last small triangle to create a triangle-shaped gap in the center.
Puzzle 6
Place a diamond at the bottom where the arrow-shaped area is located. Then, place another diamond on the top-right corner of the first one. Add a third diamond overlapping the second one, creating a small diamond in the middle. Finally, use the big diamond to overlap all three smaller diamonds, forming the desired shape.
Location 4: Abyss of Fate Janusopolis Prophecy Tablets
You will find the first tablet during the Night Veil: Shroud the Silent Past quest. The second, third, and fourth tablets are on the third floor of the room with the scales. The fifth tablet is in an isolated room, and the final one is on the third floor of another room, but the time must be set to Evernight to access it. To reach the third floor of the room with the scales, start by setting the time to dawn. Use the Zagreus Hand to grab the sphere in the room and place it on the right scale. Then, head to the left scale to reach the second floor. Finally, use the Janus Hidden Passage to get to the opposite side.
Puzzle 7
Move the largest triangle to cover the two small triangles in the projected image. Place the downward-facing triangle in the center so its tip covers the small triangle at the bottom of the image. Finally, position the last triangle at the top.
Puzzle 8
Place a right triangle on the left side of the projected image, ensuring it covers the top and bottom of that side. Then, place another right triangle on the right side. This should leave a triangle-shaped gap at the bottom. Move the downward-facing triangle to the center of the image, and place the last triangle at the bottom center.
Puzzle 9
Position one right triangle on the left half of the projected image and the other on the right half. Move the triangle that resembles a play button to the far left side of the image, and place the last triangle on the far right side.
Puzzle 10
Place the right-facing triangle on the left half of the projected image. Then, position the play button-shaped triangle on top of the triangle from step 1. Place the other right triangle on the right half of the image, and put the last triangle on the far right side.
Location 5: Abyss of Fate Janusopolis Prophecy Tablet: CRRK?
This Prophecy Tablet won’t have a projected image once you find it. To unlock it, you need to collect all the Portentous Goldwoven. To do that, you must unlock all 50 Creation Nymphs in the Abyss of Fate, Strife Ruins, and Bloodbathed Battlefront.
Puzzle 11
Place half of the diamond on the left side of the square. Then, position the inverted play button-shaped triangle directly below the diamond from step 1. Take the small triangle and place it on top of the bottom half of the square, and place the small downward-facing triangle on the same half. Finally, take the play button-shaped triangle and place it in the upper-right quadrant of the square from step 1.
Location 6: Abyss of Fate Janusopolis Prophecy Tablet
You will find this prophecy tablet in “Disquieting Dream Side-Quest”. To start the “Disquieting Dream Side-Quest,” wait for Pasithea to appear in the Plaza. You will find the prophecy tablet at Abyss of Fate. This prophecy tablet will be guarded by the level 88 Titankin. You need to defeat the Titankin to reach the prophecy tablet.
Puzzle 12
Move all the shapes aside to get a clearer view of the projected image. Next, place the square in the center. Position the play button-shaped shape on the left side, and the inverted play button on the right side. This should create a shape resembling a candy. Now, place one diamond on the left side, another on the right side, and the final diamond in the very center of the projected image.
Puzzle 13
Place the bottom left triangle on the diagram. Then place the right bottom triangle on the diagram. Then place the top right triangle on the left side of the diagram. Then place the top left triangle on the right side of the diagram.
Puzzle 14
Place the top right triangle on the back of the diagram and put the square on the front of the diagram. Then put the right side triangle on the diagram and put the left bottom triangle on the diagram as well. Complete the image by putting the top left triangle on the diagram.
Location 7: Bloodbathed Battlefront Prophecy Tablet
This prophecy tablet will be guarded by the level 88 Titankin. You need to defeat the Titankin to reach the prophecy tablet. After solving the prophecy tablet, a chest will appear for you to loot.
Puzzle 15
Take the bigger square and place it in the centre. Then take the top square and place it on the bigger square. Then place square that is on the right side on the bigger square. After that place the bottom square on the bigger square.
Location 8: Wounds as a Remedy Prophecy Tablet
You will find this prophecy tablet in “I once was in Arcadia” side-quest”. After solvinfg solving the prophecy tablet you will restore the Furiae Archer.
Puzzle 16
Place the two rhombuses on the bottom of the diagram in the tablet. Then put the square on the centre of the two rhombuses.
