In Marathon, the Run and Destroy quest asks you to enter a dangerous area, collect a beacon, and kill many enemies before extracting safely. Go to the Dire Marsh area and from there make your way to the Quarantine facility. The beacon is located inside the building on the ground floor. This area is dangerous as there are many enemies and traps placed in different spots. Move slowly and clear the enemies to move forward easily.
Once inside the facility, go towards the southwest corner of the building. Here, you will find a crate containing the beacon. Interact with the crate and pick it up to continue the quest. After collecting the beacon, go towards the Intersection.
When you reach the area, a Commander will spawn. After defeating the first commander, three different commanders spawn in the same area. There will also be a lot of enemies coming through the Ships. During the fight, kill all the Commanders and check their bodies for the loot. Only one of the Commanders will drop the credentials that you need for the quest.
Once you collect all the credentials, go to the extraction points and leave the map safely. After extraction is successful, the Run and Destroy quest will be completed. You need to complete all the objectives in a single run to successfully complete the quest and get a MID reputation.
