Situated in the Omi region, the mission leads Yasuke to a meeting with Lady Oichi, who requests his presence in order to inquire about her brother’s fate. Players are advised to be at level 21 before accepting this quest, since it has its own challenges. It gives 1000 EXP upon fulfillment.

Meet with Lady Oichi
To begin the quest, “A Talk With a Lady,” you’ll need to meet Lady Oichi. You can easily track this mission using the Objectives Board, just head to the Shinbakufu section and select the quest listed under The Mourner. If you haven’t explored much of the Omi region yet, your best way to travel is by boat. You can find one in Lake Biwa and head northeast. A good starting point is Sagamoto, where a boat sits conveniently below the viewpoint.
As you make your way through the area, consider unlocking the fast travel point located in the middle of Lake Biwa. This will make future travel much easier. Additionally, since you’re likely visiting Nagahama for the first time, take a moment to climb to the top of Nagahama Castle and unlock another fast travel point there. These shortcuts will be useful as you progress through the game and revisit key locations.
Your destination, Omi, is found within the Odani Ruins, which lie directly northeast of Nagahama. Once you get close, a Viewpoint will appear on your map, making navigation easier. Be sure to approach this area while playing as Yasuke, as the quest cannot progress if you are using another character.
Upon arrival, you’ll speak with Kuma, who presents you with a dialogue choice. To advance the quest, you must select “I will meet Lady Oichi.” Without choosing this option, the mission won’t continue, so make sure to confirm your decision before proceeding.
