Woedica’s Inheritance and Earthy Aegis Treasure Maps Location and Solution – Avowed

This guide will help you locate two valuable treasures in Avowed: the Gloves of the Strangler and the Nature’s Ward shield. We’ll cover how to find the associated treasure maps (and how to bypass them if you don’t have them) and provide detailed instructions on reaching the hidden locations where these powerful items are stashed. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or just starting your journey, this guide will lead you to these well-hidden rewards.

    Woedica’s Inheritance Treasure Map Location

You should be able to buy a treasure map leading to them from Sanza at his Emporium in Paradis’ High Market for 130 gold. It’s called Woedica’s Inheritance Treasure Map. However, Sanza doesn’t always have the map in stock, no matter what you’ve done in the game. The good news is, you can actually skip buying the map altogether! Just find the treasure chest where the gloves are hidden, and you’ll get the Gloves of the Strangler and automatically complete the associated quest, even without the map.

The treasure map (if you have it) hints at a path between a fortress wall and a rock wall. In Dawnshore, the only place that fits that description with walls that size is Paradis. Since the rock wall needs to be on your right, it can’t be the western walls of the city.

Here’s how to find the gloves: Fast travel to the God’s Gate in Paradis. Walk north under the archway. Then, turn left and head towards the ravine that separates you from the city walls. You should find a small dirt path there. Follow it to what looks like a dead end. But don’t give up! Look for some foliage on your right—there’s a hidden button there. Press it, and a secret panel in the wall will open. Inside, you’ll find a decorative (and a bit creepy) shrine, and, more importantly, a chest containing the Gloves of the Strangler!

    Earthly Aegis treasure map Location

Looking for the Earthly Aegis map? It’s hidden in a doorless house on Neku Tadek, that small island west of Maxim’s Claim that’s crawling with tough enemies. Specifically, it’s south of the party camp there.

Here’s how to get to it: Face the adra pillar in the party camp and turn left. Climb up the ledge to where the tents are. Behind the camp stove, you’ll see a root sticking out. Use that root to make a running jump across the gap to the opening in the building directly opposite. Drop down inside, and you’ll find the chest containing the Earthly Aegis map.

Avowed – All Shatterscarp Treasure Maps Location and Solution (Robe of the Arcane Cheater, Seafarer’s Boots, and Dead Man’s Mail)

This treasure map for the Nature’s Ward shield gives you two clues: a specific squat building and the phrase “stealing from a delemgen.” Delemgen are those tree-like Avowed enemies, and they live in the Wildwood area northwest of Fior mes Ivèrno. You’ll likely go there during the main Avowed quest, but you can snag the treasure early if you want.

Head towards the “Wildwood” label on your map. You’ll eventually reach the Rock Arch fast travel beacon. You can fight the bears and delemgen in the area, or just run past them up the hill. At the top, you’ll find the building the map mentions, but the door will be locked. Go around back—there’s a root extending from the building. Follow it to the end. You should see a crack in the wall, and through it, you can spot the treasure chest and a button. Press the button to unlock the door, then go inside and grab the Nature’s Ward shield!

Decided that degrees were as useful as extra lives in a Mario game-totally unnecessary! I’m diving into the extravagant universe of my favourite game, Assassin’s Creed, which lets me roam the world without actually paying for plane tickets. Hodophile by nature and aspiring to get lost in Hang Sơn Đoòng cave in Vietnam someday!
