How to Get the Prison Access Code in the Citadel
In order to obtain the 4-digit prison code in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ, go to the 14th Political Prison that is located at the top-left part of the North Korea map. However, be very careful while searching for the code, because the Colossus commander can spawn within the prison and ruin your search. Make sure you are prepared to fight him if he appears.
Find the Two Notes
Now go to the marked points on the map and find two notes. These two notes will give two separate digits of the access code. You will find the notes inside the unlocked prison cells, so you need to explore each one to find it. The note locations are random for each playthrough, and the codes will be different too. To know which code comes first or second, the note will mention whether the numbers on it are the first two or the last two.
Enter the Prison and Loot the Cells

After unlocking the required doors, you can enter the rooms and collect any remaining loot.
