How to Complete the I’m Over Here Challenge
In order to fulfill the I’m Over Here objective in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ, you need to complete the following objectives:
- Confuse a drone with the help of the Inflatable Decoy.
- Kill eight Combat Drones.
- Kill three Heavy Combat Drones.
The first task will be accomplished easily, while the latter might take some time. If you know where to look for these drones, then you may complete the whole challenge within one match or two at most. First, ensure that your Field Upgrade includes an Inflatable Decoy and equip it before you go into battle. You can obtain it either via crafting or through looting, as they are rather popular throughout the map.
Then, you should head out and start looking for a drone. After that, you need to throw the Inflatable Decoy near the drone to confuse it and not damage it in any way. You only get one use per charge, so make sure you use it when a drone is nearby.
How to Find and Destroy Combat Drones
Once you have managed to distract a drone, your next objective would be to destroy eight Combat Drones and three Heavy Combat Drones. You must know that not all drones encountered during the process will be counted for this challenge. Some drones only scan the area for any enemy but do not attack you. Killing such drones will not contribute anything to your challenge.
In order to know the right drones to kill for completing the objective, you need to look at the drone icons on the map. The Combat Drone has a different icon from the scanning drone, and hence you need to know what you are killing. The Combat Drone can shoot at you and is therefore more challenging to kill than the scanning drone.
Best Location to Find Combat Drones
Finding Combat Drones can easily be done in the Cheonwang Peak Array, which can be found east or northeast of the South Korean Wilderness at E72. Go there, and search for Combat Drones. There may be several of them, and more may spawn as long as you are in the Array. As soon as you get to the Array, kill Combat Drones and search for other targets in the surroundings.
In this way, you can achieve both drone missions quite easily and without wasting your time searching the map. Remember that a commander may also spawn in the Array, so be ready to fight him when going there. Kill all Combat Drones and Heavy Combat Drones until both drone missions are accomplished. With some luck, you will be able to complete the I’m Over Here challenge in one or two sessions.
