You have to locate a Dynamic OP Phone in Cheongun Village, conduct a Dynamic OP, and open a Dynamic OP crate. The phone can be tricky to find if you don’t know where to look, but you can finish all three objectives by following the steps below.

In order to execute the DMZ Orders Page 4 Operation Rewards mission successfully, you have to acquire the Dynamic OP Phone, perform a Dynamic OP, and take possession of a Dynamic OP box. Start by going to the Cheongun village and entering the huge building. Navigate the path to the basement and descend the staircase.
As soon as you get to the parking basement, continue your movement and search for the hole in the wall. Go through it and check out the shelf on your right side. There is a Dynamic OP Phone resting on that shelf. Pick it up to complete the first objective. In case you can’t find the phone here, then the spawn point could be random. Check your map to find a Missile icon anywhere around Cheongun Village. You can also select any spawn point around the village and enter the buildings around the area to find the phone.
Loot A Dynamic OP Crate
After collecting the phone, return to the main lobby and select the green Dynamic OP in the middle of the screen. Start the operation and complete its objectives to finish the second part of the order. The last goal will involve looting a Dynamic OP crate. Complete missions within the Dynamic OP until you get to the reward mission. Open the crate and loot it in order to complete the DMZ Orders Page 4 mission.
