There are 14 Cameras that you will have to locate throughout all the various zones in Control Resonant. This is one of the side stories known as the Freeze Frame Side Story, where you will have to sneak behind the cameras and disable them without being caught. This guide covers the location of every Camera and explains how to approach each one without getting caught.
All Camera Locations in Control Resonant
The Cameras are part of the Freeze Frame Side Story in Control Resonant. One can begin this side story by being noticed and photographed by any Camera. In total, there are 14 Cameras, and there are two Cameras in each Zone.
In order to take control of a Camera, one has to approach the Camera stealthily from behind without entering its line of sight. The most difficult part is finding the correct approach and utilising the skills required for parkour and traversal in order to reach each Camera.
There is no trophy for the Freeze Frame Side Story. However, one has to complete the side story in order to get the Panopticon Intern trophy, which can be earned only by completing all the Altered Item Side Stories.
As the reward for completing the side story, one will get the Shiny Pebble Artefact. With the help of Gravity Anomaly, this Artefact will restore health slowly to 50%.
Downtown
Camera #1

The first camera is located above the barrier on the roof. Apply Ground Slam to destroy the barrier. To get to the roof without being detected, sneak in from the street a bit northwest of the camera location. Then apply Shift Gravity to climb the roof.
Camera #2

You must access the door that is behind the camera by delivering electricity to the door. You have to start from the Power Core Station, which is located north of the camera, and move the electricity to the roof near the camera, then deliver it to the door behind the camera.
Central
Camera #3

Begin your journey at the fast travel entrance of the Watchtower, and head down to the bottom floor. Head into the unlocked storage room at the side and search for the scaffolds. Make your way to the top by using the scaffolds and then make a hole in the ceiling.
Camera #4

This particular camera is placed on the rooftop, just behind an open door. One needs the ability called “Reach,” from the Jesse Sightings: The Subway Fault DLC to get to this camera.

Enter the door behind which this camera is located and make it detect you. After that, go downstairs and open the door that is downstairs. Get out on the street and wait for the click sound coming from the camera; it will respawn. Now return into the building through the door and ascend upstairs.
West Incursion Zone
Camera #5

This camera is sitting on a platform attached to the side of a building. To reach it without being spotted, use the flying platforms behind it.

First, use Shift Gravity at the end of the street, slightly west of the camera. Jump toward the flying platform near the camera while gravity is inverted. When you jump off, gravity will switch back and you will fall onto the platform. A second platform will then appear, leading you to the camera.
Camera #6

You can find this camera in the far northwest corner of the West Incursion Zone. It is on one of the buildings that has been flipped sideways, so you need Shift Gravity to walk on it.

The camera is tucked away in a corner, so look for its red light. To reach it without being spotted, drop down onto it from the roof above. You will need Reach to climb onto the second roof.
Evacuation Zone
Camera #7

This camera is on a rooftop, and you need to bring electricity to the door behind it. Start at the Power Core Station in the southeast corner of the Evacuation Zone. Follow the street west toward the camera until you reach the white map text “Unauthorized mines?”

There are two electrical boxes along the street. Place the electricity in the first box on the street, then take it to the second box below the elevator. From there, use Reach to get onto the roof where the camera is and place the electricity in the cube.
Camera #8

This camera is on a roof. Let it spot you, then walk past it and enter the building. Go downstairs and press the elevator button. Take the elevator down and leave through the front door at street level.

Walk forward until you hear the click that tells you the camera has respawned. Turn around and go back inside. Use the elevator to reach the upper floor and get behind the camera.
The Park
Camera #9

The ninth camera is inside the underground subway station. Enter from the street slightly north of the camera icon, near the white map text “Nomand Avenue Station.”

The camera will spot you as soon as you enter. Take the left path until you reach a wall covered in webs. Use a fire ability such as Ignite or Inferno to burn the webs away. These abilities are obtained from Central Zone Resonant. The path behind the webs will take you behind the camera.
Camera #10

You can find this camera on a platform attached to the side of a building, above the sewer entrance.
To reach it, you first need to power the elevator slightly west of the camera icon on the same street. The electricity is on the street to the south, near the jacket icon on the map.

Bring the electricity to the elevator and ride it to the top. From there, jump across to reach the camera.
The Underpass
Camera #11

The camera is looking out from a yellow-lit corridor on the northeast island. Stay along the left edge of the platform so it doesn’t spot you.

Look down for a grapple point and use Reach to grab it. You will find a hole in the floor that you can drop through, which takes you behind the camera.
Camera #12

This camera is on the island south of Tubes Island, inside a wall in an area covered with mold.
Look for another wall opening across from the camera. Use Shift Gravity and follow the red floor until you can drop through the upper opening. You will then fall into the opening where the camera is.

You can also jump-dash from a nearby pillar toward the camera and use quick attacks in midair to cover the remaining distance.
The Unknown
Before you can reach the camera locations in The Unknown, you must complete the Pope’s Research side quest.
Camera #13

This camera is at a construction site, hidden behind a small hole in the blue mold.
Enter the main construction site building and go downstairs. You will be attacked by mold enemies on the lower floor. Defeat them, then look around the same room to find the path behind the camera.

The Unknown has an upside-down gravity version. If you reach the camera’s location and don’t see the construction site, flip gravity 180 degrees. This will take you to the opposite level where the construction site is located.
Camera #14

The final camera is inside one of the shops. Let the camera spot you and enter the shop behind it.

Go through the door leading to the garage and press the red garage door button on the wall. Walk away and wait for the camera to respawn. Once it does, return through the garage door you opened to reach the camera from behind.
Contain All Cameras in Downtown

After finding all 14 Cameras, you will receive a call telling you to return to Downtown. Go to the marked quest area and shut down all the cameras.

Just like before, you need to approach each camera from behind to turn it off. If a camera spots you, the cameras will reset, meaning you’ll have to shut them all down again.
The cameras can also spawn in different spots within the marked objective area. Once you turn them all off, the quest will be complete.
