How To Get Torrent’s Tree Sentinel Skin
This is the first Torrent skin that can be acquired by defeating Godrick the Grafted. In order to get the first Torrent skin, you need to defeat Godrick and have access to Stormveil Castle. You have to move to the throne room in order to get this skin.
Start off from the Site of Grace and then move to the throne room using the staircase. You should take the right route. There will be a small room where you will find a chest. This will give you the Spectral Steed Regalia.
How To Get Torrent’s Carian Silver Skin
The second skin of Torrent is available in the Ranni’s Rise location of the northern region of the map. You need to head to Ranni’s Rise after defeating the boss to unlock this location. Once you have reached the tower, go inside it and find the Site of Grace. There will be a chest which has been added near the Site of Grace. Open it to get the Spectral Steed Regalia of Carian Silver.

The last skin for Torrent can be found outside of Leyndell, the Capital. Go to the place marked on the map and ride to the place. Soon enough, you will find a place with swords placed in the ground. You need to look for the sword which is located on the left. There should be something in front of that sword. Take this object to get the Funereal Knight skin.
How To Change Torrent’s Armour Skin
Once you unlock a Torrent skin, go to any Site of Grace and choose the Change Spectral Steed Appearance option found at the bottom. Once there, you can browse all the unlocked Torrent skins. Choose any of the costumes available to don it on the horse, and after getting back to the overworld, you can summon Torrent to check out the new skin.
