In Chapter 4 of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, there is a puzzle which prevents you from advancing in the region. In order to access the door, you need to use the new key skill, where you will find some symbols which should be matched to the right mechanism. Although this puzzle seems tricky to solve, the glowing trails make the process easier.
How To Unlock The Door in Chapter 4
Once all the enemies have been defeated by Sophia and Leni, proceed to the next part where you will find a big door that you must open. In the next scene, there will be a device with a socket. Interact with this machine and put the key in it. After doing this, you will get a new power for Sophia. With the help of the key, Sophia can see symbols in the light.
How To Solve The Symbols Puzzle
However, look around the room and find the glowing symbols which are located in the mural. Take the key and hold it to make the symbols glow. There is a blue-green line coming from each symbol and leading to one of the three mechanisms. Carefully follow this trail to determine which symbol belongs to each of the mechanisms.
Three mechanisms can be found in the left, central, and right parts of the room. Having determined the correct symbol for each of the mechanisms, start interacting with them and turn the wheel to make the correct symbol appear in the square above. After setting all three mechanisms to their correct symbols, step back and wait a few seconds. The puzzle will activate, and the large door will finally open.
