Frostallion Noct is one of the strongest new Alphapal that you will be able to find in Palworld 1.0. If you are going to try to capture it or even hatch it in your base, you will need to know where it is located now. In this guide, we’ll show you where to find Frostallion Noct, the best way to defeat and catch it, how to breed it, and how to unlock its saddle so you can use it as a flying mount.
Frostallion Noct In Palworld 1.0
The Frostallion Noct can act as a flying mount and is an excellent mode of transportation across the world map. While mounted, all your attacks become of the Dark element and do extra Dark damage. In order to mount Frostallion Noct, you will have to make the Frostallion Noct Saddle, which unlocks at level 48. Back at your base, the Frostallion Noct works very well when gathering resources. Being level 4 Gatherer, it can gather various resources very fast, and thus it can be a good Pal for these tasks.
How To Find Frostallion Noct In Palworld 1.0

With the new update, Frostallion Noct has a new spawning point. Just go to one of the newly added islands on the far right side of the Desert biomes. You will then need to look for a big crystal structure in order to spawn this creature. The Frostallion Noct is a Level 60 Alpha Boss and can be found at No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a small isolated island located on the northeastern part of the Palpagos map.
How To Defeat Frostallion Noct In Palworld 1.0

As the Pal is a Dark-type Pal, it would be weak to attacks from Dragon-type Pals. Bringing a few strong Dragon-type Pals to the fight will make defeating it much easier. The Pal has a level of 65; therefore, it is necessary that you prepare yourself well before attempting to fight the monster.
It is important that you have enough Exotic Spheres with you. Sol Spheres are even better if you have any, and increase the chances of your success. You need to lower the health of the Pal to the maximum before trying to capture it with a Sphere.
How to Breed Frostallion Noct in Palworld 1.0
You can also get Frostallion Noct by hatching an egg. To do this, breed the right pair of Pals at a Breeding Farm to produce a Frostallion Noct egg. Once you have the egg, place it in an Egg Incubator and wait for it to hatch. You can breed Frostallion Noct using these combinations:
- Frostallion + Helzephyr
- Frostallion Noct + Frostallion Noct
Before you can breed Frostallion Noct, you’ll need to unlock the Breeding Farm by reaching Technology Level 19 and building it at your base. Next, build a Cooking Pot (unlocked at Technology Level 17) and bake a Cake, as breeding won’t start without one. You’ll need the following ingredients:
- 5 Flour
- 8 Red Berries
- 7 Milk
- 8 Eggs
- 2 Honey
Once the Cake is ready, place one male and one female Pal from the breeding combination into the Breeding Farm. Put the Cake in the feeding box, then wait for them to produce a Huge Dark Egg. Place the egg in an Egg Incubator, and after it hatches, you’ll get Frostallion Noct.
Frostallion Noct Saddle
To ride Frostallion Noct, you’ll need to unlock and craft its Saddle, which becomes available at Technology Level 62. Materials Required:
- 43 Leather
- 72 Venom Glands
- 96 Paldium Fragments
- 240 Refined Ingots
- 43 Coralum Ingots
Once you’ve crafted the saddle, Frostallion Noct can be used as a flying mount. While riding it, your attacks change to the Dark element, can inflict Blind on enemies, and also deal increased damage.
