All Abyss of Fate Janusopolis Golden Scapegoat Puzzles Solution
Look for floating, burning golden goat skulls in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 on Amphoreus. These skulls mark the start of Golden Scapegoat, a new mini-game challenge. Complete the puzzles at these locations to earn Stellar Jade and other rewards.
In this game, you control a little goatman and must guide him to the sacrificial pot. After a few steps, your ghost will appear and mimic your movements. If you bump into your ghost, the game ends. The trick is to use your ghost to your advantage. For example, you might guide it to press buttons that open paths to the pot, all while carefully avoiding colliding with it
You can find five Golden Scapegoat puzzles in the Abyss of Fate in Janusopolis.
- One is located down the stairs to the left of the Everdream Gate Space Anchor.
- Another is at the end of the path to the right of the Silent Shroud Space Anchor.
- To find a third, change the time to Dawn in the room south of the Silent Shroud Space Anchor.
- The last two puzzles are in the room south of the Theophany Chamber Space Anchor.
1 Golden Scapegoat
Solution: Right, Right, Right, Right, Right
Continue going right and drop down through the blue trapdoor to the lowest level. Then, step on the blue button. This will stop your shadow from falling, guiding it towards the yellow button and opening the path to your goal.
2 Golden Scapegoat
Solution: Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right
Go right and find the yellow trapdoor. Wait near it until your shadow reaches you. Carefully time your exit using the ladder so you don’t bump into your shadow. Then, go to the yellow button. This will make your shadow land on the blue button, creating a path to your goal.
3 Golden Scapegoat
Solution: Left, Right, Right, Left, Left
Drop down from the start and then go right twice. Go back to the yellow button and stay out of your shadow’s way as it copies your moves. This will open the trapdoor to where you need to go.
4 Golden Scapegoat
Solution: Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Left
Drop down to the level with lots of yellow buttons and keep going right until you reach the end of the lowest platform. Then, turn around and head back. You’ll reach the trapdoors just as your shadow presses the buttons to close them. Keep moving forward to reach the goal.
5 Golden Scapegoat
Solution: Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Left
Go straight to the yellow button and quickly turn back, going past your starting point. Now, carefully follow your shadow’s movements. Your shadow will go to the button, which will drop you down to the second level where you need to go.
