Wind-Woven Souls Quest
To start Wind-Woven Souls, you first need to complete the Dunes and Don’ts quest. To do this, you first need to find Wei Ziya in Karez at Windspeaker Academy. First, you need to change the in-game time to nighttime and go to Windspeaker Academy, which is located at the house beside the camel merchants. Talk to Wei Ziya and select the first dialogue option to start the quest.
After that, leave the academy and cross the nearby platform. You will find Wei A’man standing in a grassy area near the camels. Talk to Wei A’man. There are some bushes near Wei A’man. You can interact with them. Use the Reverse prompt on them. You will find a Windlistener Flag inside them. Collect the flag and give it to Wei A’man.
After talking to Wei A’man, you will be teleported to a location near the entrance of the village in front of Windspeaker Academy. Enter the academy and talk to Wei Ziya to complete the quest. You will receive Echo Jade, Hexi Exploration, and Coins.
