In Resident Evil Requiem, the Joint Plugs Puzzle is one of the tasks you will get when exploring the Care Centre basement. In this puzzle, you need to find 3 joint pieces to activate the system and open new areas. Once you collect all 3 joints, return to the main hub machine and insert them to activate the system. Joint Plugs Puzzle Solution
In this puzzle, you need to collect and place 3 joint pieces to start a machine and progress through the area. At the start of the mission, you will be inside a room in the Care Centre basement area. Look around the room, and you will find the first joint piece nearby. Pick it up and go back to the corridor to reach a machine with a socket. Place the joint into the socket to activate the mechanism.
Second Joint Plugs Location
Next, move the nearby box out of the way so you can enter through the fence. After passing through the fence, turn right and look for a toolbox. Inside the toolbox, you will find a tool to progress through the puzzle. Once you have the tool, return through the fence and take the joint piece with you before leaving the area.
Continue moving through the area until you reach another machine where you can place the joint again. Once you enter the next room, look around, and you will find the second joint piece nearby. Pick it up and go back towards the previous machine.
Return to the locked box and open it with the help of the tool. Insert the two joint pieces into the machine, and when you do this, the lights inside the area will turn on. Go to the left side of the room, follow the hallway and crouch down to crawl through a vent. After exiting the vent, move forward and climb the ladder. At the top of the ladder, you will find the third joint piece. Take the forklift key and insert it into the forklift nearby. This will open a new passage that allows you to continue through the area.
Third Joint Plug Location
As you move forward, you will reach an area with floating bodies in the water. Follow the bodies towards the right side and then move to the left side to push the nearby box out of the way. After that, pull the lever to the left and move carefully with the flow of the bodies. Turn the wheel to drain the water and then climb down the ladder. After climbing down, there will be a lot of enemies. Defeat them to move forward.
Now, climb up the ladder and collect the third joint piece. Continue through the vent and interact with the nearby machine. Pulling the switch will drain the blood pool. Now go back to the main hub machine and insert all three joints into it. This will activate the system and complete the joint puzzle mission allowing you to continue the story.
