King Scoober Location
There is a fish monster on Basement Level 1 in the Coral Cave, who will ask you about King Scoober. After you free the four spirits during the main story, a swirl of water will appear just south of Estard Island. Enter it, and it will take you to King Scoober.
Talk to him there, and you will find a mini medal underground inside a barrel in King Scoober’s Domain. Make sure to check the barrels carefully, so you don’t miss them. Once you have talked with King Scoober, head back to the fish monster in the Coral Cave and let him know. As a reward, he will give you one of the Gold Fragments.
