A Tearless Farewell Quest
To start the A Tearless Farewell quest, go to the location marked on the map above. Once you reach the Tianjing Dock in South Gate Avenue, you will find Chen Mei and Yang Ping chatting on the stairs behind Zhong Wenping. You need to talk to them to begin the Tearless Farewell quest.
How to Get Blush

After talking to Chen Mei and Yang Ping, stand behind Chen Mei. Now, use Celestial Seize to quietly steal the Blush item from her. Once you have the Blush item, go back to Zhong Wenping and hand over the Blush to move the quest forward. Talk to Zhong Wenping again to finish the quest.
When you talk to Zhong, you will get a few important dialogue choices. After you give them the Blush, choose the second option that appears. After that, the game will ask you to reveal who the rogue is for. You can just skip through the dialogue if you want.
Next, you will get another question, choose “My condolences…” After that, the game will show “a while later.” When this happens, go back and talk to the character again. This part confuses a lot of players because the quest won’t finish unless you keep talking to him multiple times.
You might need to speak with him twice. Many people think the quest is bugged, but it’s not; you just need to continue the conversation until the new dialogue option appears. When you get the choice to cut him off, don’t choose that. Let him speak. Pick “Let him continue” every time it shows up. In the end, you will get a choice to console him or silence him. Choose “Console.” After that, the quest will finally be completed. When you complete the quest, you will receive Echo Jade x30, Kaifeng Exploration Points x10, Coins x2500, and Stored EXP x2500.
