How to Activate All Three Echoes
Activating three echoes in the vicinity is necessary to quell the Wrath of the Stone Coffin. The first two are easy, but the last requires a simple environmental puzzle to solve. Here’s how to clear all three quickly.
The First Echo
The first one is straightforward—just walk up to the marker and use your sense ability to activate the short vision associated with it. Each echo plays a short sequence so don’t overthink it.
The Second Echo
When that is done, make your way towards the tree at the back of the first space. The second Echo is secluded behind some hanging vines with narrow spacing. Crouch down under the vines and gain access to the Echo. Once the scene is finished, navigate back up to return to open ground.
The Third Echo
The last Echo lies across the water, and while it may seem like swimming or jumping over is an option, this won’t work. Instead, look closely at the set of pillars located near the water’s edge. Two pillars have faint glowing lanterns, which suggests a mini puzzle is hidden here. One pillar is still covered in vines—burn those away with fire arrows to reveal it. When the last pillar is lit up, the crossing will activate.
The NPCs nearby will then start jumping across, and returning to the start of the puzzle will cause your character to automatically take the same route to the opposite side. This leads straight to the final Echo.
Wrapping Up the Objective
Once you interact with the third Echo, the task is considered complete. There are no extra steps or follow-ups, everything needed to finish the challenge comes from activating the three Echo points and unveiling the hidden pillar that enables the crossing.
