Episode 4 of Dispatch begins with some fun, but soon leads to choices that really matter for Robert and his team. You will deal with pranks, funny talks, and a few emotional moments that show how the characters feel about each other. This guide explains every choice and what happens because of it, so you can see how each one shapes the episode.
All Choices & Outcomes in Dispatch Episode 4
The episode begins with Robert at his workstation when Flambae and either Malevola or Punch Up decide to prank him. Soon after, Chase will bring up your earlier decision from Episode 3, the one where you had to cut a team member. You will get a few ways to respond, but none of them change the story much.
- SHADOW BOX
- SPLIT KICK
- JUMPING JACKS
After this short scene, Robert heads over to the lab where Royd is fixing the Mecha Man suit. Here, you will get to pick how Robert behaves, whether he shows off with a Shadow Box, does a Split Kick, or goes for Jumping Jacks. The choice only affects the short cutscene that follows and has no major consequences.
Meeting Invisigal and Blond Blazer

Invisigal soon shows up and strikes up a conversation. She will ask you something a little personal, and you can choose how to respond.
- All the time
- Why do you want to know?
- Never.
Once that chat is over, you will head to Blond Blazer’s room, where she’s getting ready for a Gala. She will ask how she looks, leading to two sets of dialogue choices.
The following dialogues will have no consequences:
- Looks good
- Your areola’s showing
- It’s too small
The following dialogues will have consequences:
- Incredible – This will increase the relationship with Blazer
- You look tucked in – This will have a Neutral relationship
- Kinda pretty, I guess – This will have a Neutral relationship
In the first set, you can compliment her or tease her; none of these really matter. But in the second set, your response can actually affect your relationship with her. Choosing “Incredible” strengthens your bond with Blazer, while the other options don’t change anything.
Talking to Phenomaman
After talking with Blazer, she will ask you to check on Phenomaman, who’s lying in the car outside. You will get two rounds of dialogue choices here. Most of them don’t matter much, but if you pick “I kissed her” (and you did kiss her in Episode 1), your relationship with Phenomaman will take a hit.
The following dialogues will have no consequences:
- Don’t extinguish the sun
- Do you have a therapist?
- I’ve had those days
The following dialogues will have no consequences depending on past choices:
- I don’t think so
- I kissed her – if you kissed Blazer in previous chapters
- That’s not your business
The Washroom Scene with Invisigal
When you head to the washroom, Invisigal will appear again and tell you about a dream she had. The conversation is playful and full of cheeky options; you can pick any response you like.
- Was my d*ck big?
- How was I?
- Did I wear a condom?
The First Dispatch Session
After that, your first Dispatch session begins. Depending on who you removed from the team earlier in the story, either Punch Up or Malevola will leave in the middle of the mission. Because of this, some of your calls might fail or get missed since you’re short-handed.
The Noodle Incident and Team Decision

Once the shift ends, Robert will chat with Waterboy, but things quickly go sideways when Flambae throws noodles at him. No matter what you do next, Flambae ends up covered in food, and he won’t forget it!
Right after that, Blond Blazer walks in and asks who should join the team: Waterboy or Phenomaman. This is one of the big choices of the episode. Whoever you choose will stay with your team for the rest of the game, leading to new interactions and a different Silver trophy depending on your pick.
Welcoming the New Hero
The second shift begins with Robert introducing the new recruit. The Dispatch sequence is smoother this time since you’ve got a full team again, and no one walks out halfway through.
When the mission’s done, Robert chats with the hero you picked. The dialogue options are different depending on who joined: Waterboy’s responses are reflective and a bit self-doubting. Or Phenomena are more about confidence and perspective. None of these affect the story much, but they are remembered for later interactions.
The Big Choice – Dinner or Movie

At the end of the day, while Robert is packing up, he spots Invisigal watching a movie. At the same time, Blond Blazer texts him, asking him to meet for dinner. You will now have to make one of the most important choices of the episode: Dinner with Blazer or Movie with Invisigal. This decision shapes your relationship path and influences how future episodes play out.
If you choose Blond Blazer, you will get a chance to flirt with her or even kiss her, which strengthens your relationship. If you choose Invisigal, the tone is softer and more emotional. Your dialogue choices here help define what kind of bond Robert builds with her.
Once the scene ends, the episode concludes. You can always replay it later to make different choices and see how the alternate scenes and outcomes unfold.
