The Buried City Hospital Key opens a locked room located in the northwest part of the Hospital in ARC Raiders. It is worth finding and using this key, keeping in mind that the room contains Blueprint loot, weapons, quick-use items, ammo, and explosives. Here’s how you find the hospital key and how to use it in ARC Raiders.
Buried City – Where to Find the Hospital Key
Generally speaking, the Hospital Key spawns in the Ruby Residence on the Dam map. ARC Raiders key spawns are all random, but this has proven to be one of the most consistent spawn points. You’ll find the Ruby Residence toward the northeastern side of the map, right next to the Pale Apartments.
If that doesn’t work, try the second floor of the Research and Administration building. Remember that key drops are completely random, so you might actually pick up a different key. Even so, Ruby Residence and Research & Administration are both pretty decent starting points.
Once you’ve got the Hospital Key, you are ready to head to the Buried City to unlock the Hospital room.
ARC Raiders – Buried City Hospital Key Room Location
Get to the Hospital in the Buried City, which is to the north of the map. Follow the subsequent steps to get to the locked loot room:
- Go up the stairs or zipline to the third floor.
- At the top, turn left and head down the corridor.
- Make another left turn and head down the hall to the far end.
- Once inside, take the room on your right and exit on the opposite side.
- To your left, you will find the locked Hospital room; use the key to open it.
Inside, you’ll find a generous amount of loot, including:
- Medium, Light, and Heavy Ammo
- Fabric
- Shield Recharge
- Bandages and Antiseptics
- Herbal Bandage
- Rare weapons include Torrente III and Il Toro III
The Buried City Hospital room is one of the most rewarding key-locked areas in ARC Raiders, containing a mix of healing items, crafting materials, and high-end gear. Since key spawns are random, it’s smart to check Ruby Residence and surrounding buildings multiple times on runs; once you do get the key, it’s always worth that trip to the Hospital.
