During the Eyes in the Sky mission in ARC Raiders, you are supposed to install LiDAR Scanners in the three locations: the Dam, the Spaceport, and the Buried City. The placement of each scanner has to be at the top of a tower or a building. In this guide, we will walk you through how you can complete each part step by step.
Eyes in The Sky Quest
You will have to visit three locations during the Eyes in the Sky Quest. You will need to install the LiDAR Scanner at the Top of the Control Tower, the Control Communications Tower, and the Galleria Sign. Your reward for completion of Eyes in the Sky Quest is going to be Tagging Grenade, Vita Spray, and Red Light Stick.
The Control Tower

The very first location is at the Control Tower, which is on the Dam map at the highest point. Start moving down by taking the normal way. A locked door will probably be in your path where you usually need the Dam Control Tower key, but for this assignment, you can just ignore it. Just keep climbing higher. When you get to the highest point of the tower, just turn to the corner, and there you will see the spot where you need to interact. Do this to complete the first part of the quest.
The Control Communications Tower

The second destination is pretty straightforward. Go to the Spaceport, where you will see the Communications Tower. There will be a ladder going up to the top. Climb it, and at the top, you will discover the scanner location. Interact with it to complete the second goal.
The Top of the Galleria Sign

The last part is a little more challenging. You will need three zip lines for this one. You can buy them from the vendor, but keep in mind there’s a daily limit of three, so plan carefully. Once you have the zip lines, go to the Galleria building in the Buried City.
You will see a tall tower nearby that you need to reach. Place your zip lines so that you can climb to the top safely. Be sure to connect your zip line properly to the top of the tower. When you finally reach the top, interact with the quest item there to complete the mission.
