In The Outer Worlds 2, Legendary Unique Armors are different from regular armors because of their different designs and special mods that you won’t find in normal weapons. These armor pieces are usually stronger, giving you an edge in combat and exploration. In this guide, we have put together a list of all the Legendary Unique Armor we have discovered so far, including where to find them and what makes each piece special. We will keep updating this list as we find more unique gear.

All Legendary Unique Armour
Unique armour pieces are special because they come with mods that you won’t find on any other armour, and they also have designs that make them different from others. They’re usually stronger than regular armour, giving you an edge in combat. Below is a list of all the unique armour we’ve discovered so far, and we will keep updating it as we find more.

Paradise Island
Paradise Island is the first planet you will explore in The Outer Worlds 2, filled with collectibles, quests, and plenty of unique items to discover.
Scoundrel’s Aegis


You can get the Scoundrel’s Aegis from the Crabble Spawning Grounds on Paradise Island. It comes with three mod slots: Last Stand, Cost-Cut Materials, and an armouring slot, making it versatile for combat.
Malpractice Helmet


If you’re exploring Paradise Island, you can find the Malpractice helmet inside the Mysterious Cave in the southwestern part of the island. This helmet gives you a +40% Toxicity Drain Rate.
Limited Production Gentleperson’s Oxonian Helmet

The Limited Production Gentleperson’s Oxonian helmet is a unique reward from Minister Milverstreet. To get it, you will first need to complete the side quest A Refreshing Bit of News, which unlocks The Brain Benders of Auntie’s Choice! mission. During this quest, you will have to convince the citizens of Westport to either defect or move to Fairfield. Once that’s done, Minister Milverstreet, located in Fairfield, will grant you the helmet.
Reclaimation Raiment


To start this quest, head to Fairfield Jail and check an officer’s personal terminal. Look under the “Compliance Investigations Notations” section to find some memos. This will unlock the side quest called “Schemes of Secret Smugglers.”
Next, you will need to access Officer Cardosa’s terminal. During this part, you will come across Chief Replenishment Officer Cardosa on the west side of Fairfield. Talk to her, and you will be able to buy the Legendary Reclamation Raiment directly from her inventory.
Kaur Kuirass


Kaur’s Kuirass is a powerful Legendary Armour that you can earn by completing Kaur’s questline in The Outer Worlds 2. To get it, you will need to side with her and sabotage the Protectorate instead of helping them. Once you finish her quest this way, the armour will be your reward.
Monocular Target-Finder

The Monocular Target-Finder is part of the rewards for the quest A Final Death for Gravity, which takes place in Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove. To start, examine Jackson Plum’s body and then offer to help Othaham and Ferch when you first arrive at the grove. Completing this quest will earn you 542 XP, 350 Bits, and the Monocular Target-Finder.
Arbiter Vanguard Suit


You can find the Arbiter Vanguard Suit Head Armour at the Arbiter Training Facility on Paradise Island, located east of Fairfield. The armour is locked inside a safe, so you will need Lockpick Level 5 or a Mag-Pick 1 to open it.
The Dose Helmet


The Dose is a special helmet you get from Marshal Donelson after fixing a Zyranium leak in the Vanquishing the Vexing Vapours side quest. This helmet also gives a +40% Toxicity Drain Rate+ Completing the quest also grants extra rewards like a weapon mod, Bits, and XP.
Bomb Suit


The Bomb Suit is perfect for those heading into dangerous areas with bombs. You can find it inside the Bridge armoury at The Bridge of the Reverent on Paradise Island. It offers three mod slots: Extra Cushion, Grit-Enhancing Materials, and an armouring slot.
Escape Suit armour


You can claim the Escape Suit armour inside a chest located in Omid Ormsby’s room during the side quest The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often. Omid’s room becomes accessible after completing the quest, allowing you to open the chest and collect the Escape Suit along with other consumables and crafting items.
Townie Clothing


The Townie Clothing set is a reward for completing the Purloined Propaganda Quest. It has a single mod slot for the Charge Repulsor, giving it a simple yet effective boost.
Battle Helm of Ptero-Bane
You can find the Battle Helm of Ptero-Bane on a scarecrow in the field behind the Fairfield Clinic. The Battle Helm of Ptero-Bane has the Incognito mod, which lets you blend in or become invisible as long as you stay completely still.
Free Market Station
Free Market Station is a key trading hub in The Outer Worlds 2 and the perfect spot to upgrade your gear and stock up on supplies.
Calorie Counter
The Calorie Counter armour is available at Reclaimed Imports in Free Market Station for 5,750 Bits. It has three mod slots, featuring Bio-Calorie Inverter and Cost-Cut Materials, along with an armouring slot.
Pillferator
You can buy the Pillferator helmet for 2,750 Bits from the doctor at Hal’s Fairsomely Priced Farmacy in Free Market Station. This helmet boosts your critical hits, giving you a higher chance to land critical strikes and deal much more damage when you do.
New Point of View Mk 2
You can buy the A New Point of View Mk 2 helmet from Fionna at the Card-Collector’s Curios shop for 6,300 bits. Her store is on the upper floor of The 2nd Choice Saloon in Free Market Station. However, the shop only opens after you bring her 15 Trading Cards.
Golden Ridge
Dorado’s Golden Ridge is the second main area you will explore in The Outer Worlds 2. Below is the list of all the unique weapons that have been found till now.
Acquiescence


If you want to get the Acquiescence armour, head over to Matriarch’s Mercy and visit the Back Alley Value store. Sub Rosa Agent Kobor sells it for 6,500 Bits. This armour comes with three mod slots, including Adaptive Engineering and Energy-Woven Materials, plus an armouring slot for further upgrading it.
Patient Step


If you want to get the Patient Step armour, you will need to visit Adelia Plotnick in Matriarch’s Mercy. This armour includes three mod slots: Precog, Energy-Woven Materials, and an armouring slot for extra flexibility.
Bomb Suit Helmet
The Bomb Suit Helmet can be found in Jan Dunsany’s safe during a bounty mission. When you deal explosive damage while wearing it, you temporarily gain extra health.
Tossball Uniform & Tossball Cap


The Tossball Uniform and Tossball Cap can be purchased at Bonnie’s Battlefield Bazaar Store in Golden Ridge. Its three mod slots include Slippery Slider, Cost-Cut Materials, and an armouring slot, perfect for a mix of style and function.
Sentience


You can earn the Sentience armour as a reward from Sr. Contract Medicalist Cormier. To get it, collect and turn in 10 Compression Coils to help repair an Autodoc during the “Hazard a Gas” collectible quest in Dorado, Golden Ridge.
All Other Area Legendary Unique Armour
These are all the legendary Unique weapons that are found throughout the map of the game.
Premium Moon Man armour
If you bought the Deluxe Edition, completing the A Cause Worth Killing For quest unlocks your Premium Edition items. After finishing the prologue, Val will offer you a final chance to respec your character. Once that’s done, the Premium Moon Man armour is added to your inventory. It has two mod slots: Enviable Looks and Cost-Cut Materials.
Tactical Trajectile Defense-Dome Helmet, The Lonesome Ranger Emanating Enlightened Seer Tutelary & Native Species armour

The Tactical Trajectile Defence-Dome helmet is locked inside a high-security lockbox aboard the Incognito. To unlock it, you will need five Advanced Decryption Keys, which can be found as loot drops or earned through quests and bounties. If the helmet isn’t listed as the current reward, simply press the switch on the left side of the lockbox to cycle through available rewards until it appears.
The Native Species armour works the same way as the Tactical Trajectile Defence-Dome. It’s also found in a high-security lockbox inside the Incognito and requires five Advanced Decryption Keys to unlock. If it doesn’t show up immediately, use the left-side switch on the lockbox to cycle through rewards until you find it.
You can also get the Lonesome Ranger and the Emanating Enlightened Seer Tutelary by opening the high-security lockbox inside the Incognito. To unlock it, you will need 4 Advanced Decryption Keys, which you can find as loot or earn from quests and bounties. If the Lonesome Ranger and the Emanating Enlightened Seer Tutelary aren’t listed as the current reward, press the switch on the left side of the lockbox to cycle through the available rewards until they appear.
Manager’s Tasking Hat
You can find the Manager’s Tasking Hat in Fairfield. It’s stored inside a High Security Lockbox located in Sentinel Lorenz’s basement. To open it, you will need 4 Advanced Decryption Keys.
