The Dream Log can be found in the courtyard of an encampment. Just look for it on top of a metal barricade.

You will find A Warrior’s Wage on the second floor of a ruined building. It’s tucked in the corner, resting on top of a couch.

Electi Safe is perched on the edge of a sharp rock ledge overlooking Hull’s Handbasket.

The Lost Capsule is sitting on a table between two chairs next to a tank on a metal catwalk. It decrypts at Wildhorn’s Beard.

The Lost Capsule is tucked underneath a diving board in an empty pool and decrypts at Carcadia.

The Evocarium is sitting on top of a shipping container right in the middle of Pain Street.
Vault Fragment
The Judgement’s Lapse SILO and its Vault Key Fragment are in the Ruined Sumplands area of Carcadia Burn. Look for the point of interest called Hull’s Handbasket along the water’s edge. From there, drop down the small cliff nearby, and you will spot the fragment waiting for you.
