Locations of All Spool Fragments
Here’s the location of all 18 Spool Fragments available in Hollow Knight Silksong:
Weavenest Atla
Use the Needolin ability to unlock this secret area. Teleport to the bottom floor, double jump to the middle section, move left, and collect the fragment floating above a pool past a few enemies.
Deep Docks
Tag the bench near the vendor, then descend into a lava-filled chamber. Carefully jump across the ledges to avoid the lava and reach the fragment.
Deep Docks (Second Fragment)
You’ll need a Simple Key and the Clawline Grappling Hook, with Faydown Cloak helping. Make your way to the third large room and complete a platforming section involving gliding past spikes and breaking walls. Greymoor
In the top-right open area, navigate across gaps using pogo jumps, air dashes, and grappling to grab this fragment.
Grand Gate
Use grapples and air dashes to ascend the moving platforms and reach the top of the tower to claim the fragment.
Bellhart
After completing the main quest The Threadspun Town, pick up the side quest Wayfarer: My Missing Courier. Finish it and the vendor will sell you the fragment.
Bone Bottom
Near the elevator above Bone Bottom, head right and up one room. In a small corner with spike traps, break a weakened wall to find the fragment.
The Slab
Progress through this prison area until you regain Hornet’s gear and the Heretic Key. Check the left-hand side of the outer sections to find the fragments.
Whiteward (Balm for the Wounded)
From Songclave, take the side quest, go to the large chamber before the Underworks shaft, talk to Sherma, defeat the enemies, and collect your reward.
Blasted Steps (Grindle)
After getting the Faydown Cloak, move left from the bench room, climb up, and enter the room with a sign. Double jump to the top, talk to Grindle, and purchase the fragment for 680 Rosaries.
Blasted Steps / Grand Gate (Flea Caravan)
Collect 15 Lost Fleas to have this fragment delivered by the Flea Caravan from Greymoor to Blasted Steps.
Underworks (Gauntlet Room)
To the left of the tube elevator, defeat waves of enemies in this room to obtain the fragment.
High Halls
Enter this sub-zone via the top-left portion of the Citadel. In the left tower, grapple onto the moving ring and avoid enemies to reach the fragment.
Songclave (Jubilana)
Complete the side quest The Lost Merchant for Jubilana, then return to Songclave to purchase the fragment.
Whiteward (Elevator)
Ride the elevator to the bottom, move through the corridors, wall climb to the top, step on the plate, and jump down mid-rise to reach the fragment.
Underworks (Spike Pit)
In the spike platform area, jump down the pit and destroy wooden obstacles in the lower-left corner to find the fragment.
Cogwork Core
