How to Get the Fowler-Mutant Injection – BO6 Zombies Reckoning

In the BO6 Zombies Reckoning map, the Fowler-Mutant Injection is an important item you will need to unlock a special door in the T2 Dark Entity Containment room. Getting it isn’t straightforward; you will have to track down a unique zombie, collect a few special items, and face off against a tough enemy before you can claim it. This guide will walk you through every step, from finding the key items to using the injection to open the door.

How to Get the Fowler-Mutant Injection

You will find a Geneticist Zombie in the Mutant Research area. He will be around seven or eight there. When you kill it, it will drop a Keycard. Grab the keycard and use it to unlock a container in the room. Inside, you will find a DNA Vial.

While you are in there, look for a white canister and interact with it to get a syringe. Take this syringe with the Pack-a-Punch. Next, ride the energy beam from the particle accelerator machine. It won’t hurt you, but this will knock down a body. Go to the body, interact with it, and collect a blood sample by using the syringe.

Make sure you have a Pack-a-Punch weapon ready. Head back to the Mutant Research Lab and place the syringe inside with the help of the white canister. This will spawn a special Fowler Mangler. Now you can kill it, and it will drop the  Fowler Mutant Injection killstreak. You can pick it up.

How to Use the Fowler-Mutant Injection

Take the Mutant Injection to the T2 Dark Entity Containment room and go to the southeast wall. There’s a closed door with a red scanner on the left. Interact with the scanner, then quickly use the Mutant Injection to open it. If you mess up, don’t worry, you can buy another Mutant Injection from the Centrifuge for 1,500 Salvage.
