    How To Heal in Peak

In PEAK, staying healthy is very important if you want to survive. You will come across many healing items like First Aid Kits, Mushrooms, Faerie Lanterns, and Napberries. Each one helps you in a different way. Some heal you slowly, some work fast, and some even remove bad effects. Knowing when and how to use them can keep you safe during tough moments. This guide will help you understand how to heal yourself and bring your friends back to life in the game.

    How To Heal

In PEAK, staying healthy is all about using the right items at the right time. You have several healing options: First Aid Kits, Mushrooms, Fairy Lanterns, and Napberries. Most of these are meant to be used while you are standing still. But if you are falling or in a tricky situation, you can quickly use Mushrooms or Napberries to save yourself.

Each item works a bit differently: Fairy Lanterns heal you slowly over time and also remove any negative effects; Mushrooms restore health but can also have side effects like poisoning; Napberries put you to sleep, but when you wake up, all your injuries are healed; and First Aid Kits and Bandages are your go-to for standard healing.

    1. First Aid Kits

You can only get the First Aid Kit from luggage chests or as a reward from statues. There’s no exact location where it always appears, but it’s more likely to show up in the mid to high-level areas like Alpine or Caldera. You won’t find it at the crash site or in the basic starting gear, so if you do come across one, make sure to hold on to it, it’s pretty rare.

To use the First Aid Kit, just open your inventory, select it, and use it directly. There’s no need to place it down or do anything extra. Once you use it, it works instantly and disappears right after.

    2. Mushrooms

There are four types of Shrooms in the game – Bugle, Button, Cluster, and Chubby. You will mostly find them on the Shore, and they seem to appear less often in the Tropics. Each of these shrooms also has a poisonous version, except maybe the Chubby, which might be safe. So when picking them up, be a little careful, you never know which one might cause trouble.

    3. Fairy Lanterns

The Fairy Lantern is a special item that slowly heals you and clears any negative effects as long as you’re standing near it. It’s really helpful during tough climbs, but it’s also quite rare. Fairy Lanterns can be found in two main places: Ancient Statues at the top of each biome and Ancient Luggage present all over the mountain. Since it’s a legendary item, the chances of finding one are pretty low, so if you do get your hands on it, make sure to use it wisely.

    4. Napberries

Napberries are rare items, so getting one can be tough. You will find them in the Alpine saplings region. If you are lucky enough, you will find them in the bush. You can use them for healing but since these are rare items, don’t waste them when you get one.

    How to Revive Your Friends

To revive your friends in PEAK, you can use Altars. Altars are the easiest way to bring your teammates back, and it’s completely free. You can also use Effigies, which are rare and can only be used once to revive a teammate. Then there are Temples, which bring back your entire team at once. However, they only appear at the end of a region.
