In the new Tides of Terraria update in Palworld, you can make Zoe your friend and add her to your team. She comes with her powerful Pal, Grizzbolt. But before she joins you, you will need to help her with a few tasks. This guide will show you where to find her and how to complete her quest step by step.
Zoe’s Location in Palworld
You will find Zoe at the Desolate Church, but her questline begins only after you defeat her in the Rayne Syndicate Tower.
How to Recruit Zoe in Palworld
Once her questline starts, you will get a chance to recruit Zoe as an ally. This means both Zoe and her Pal, Grizzbolt, will appear together as a special unit in your Palbox Management Menu. When you add her to your party, she will explore the world alongside you, just like your other Pals.
To recruit Zoe, you need to follow the steps below:
1. Summon Grizzbolt
- Talk to Zoe while you have a Grizzbolt summoned.
- You can catch one in Wildlife Sanctuary No. 1.
- Make sure it’s a properly captured Grizzbolt.
2. Defeat or Capture Free Pal Alliance Members
- Head north of Desolate Church, past the Bridge of the Twin Knights.
- Find and either defeat or capture any 5 Free Pal Alliance members.
- Once done, return to Zoe.
3. Find the Tattered Memento
- Go to Fort Ruins and look for a blanket; this is Zoe’s cherished Tattered Memento.
- Bring it back to her at the Desolate Church.
Once you complete all three steps, Zoe will open up to you and ask to join your journey. After that, she becomes a permanent part of your team.
To officially add her, just open your Palbox, and you will see a special icon labelled Zoe & Grizzbolt. Add them to your party like any other Pal, and you are good to go.
