The Nature’s Fury quest is from the Pilgrimage quest chain, and it’s a rather simple one to do. Begin by going to the place shown on your map and speaking to the NPC waiting there. She will tell you to go to a grove to the west, it too will be highlighted on your map. In this guide we have given the step by step process to finish the quest.
Nature’s Fury Quest
To start the Nature’s Fury quest, first you need to respond to the call to reclaim the last of the Relics of the Crusader, you will be informed by one of the original Knights of the Nine, Sir Juncan, that the Boots of the Crusader are being guarded by Kynareth. In order to locate them, you will have to head to her shrine, which is located inside Kynareth’s Grotto.
You need to proceed to the Shrine of Kynareth, which is situated on the west boundary of the Great Forest, north of Ceyatatar and west of Fanacasecul. There, you’ll find one of the priestesses with whom you should talk so you can be told how to obtain the Boots of the Crusader. Jesper and Stanet will not assist you, but the third priestess, Avita Vesnia, will possess the knowledge you seek. She will explain that the boots are protected by Kynareth herself, and the only way to obtain them is by passing a special trial.
Once you’ve accepted the trial, you’ll be told to enter the Grove of Trials by yourself and wait for your test to start. Once you’re in the grove, you’ll meet the Forest Guardian, who will immediately turn hostile as you get close. The key here is not to attack the bear whatsoever. You can use defensive magic on yourself freely.
In order to complete the trial, you should not fight back instead, you’ll have to evade and dodge its attacks without returning fire. Should you attack or kill the Guardian, you’d fail the trial. In case you did fail, you can go back to Avita and try again.
Successfully finishing the trial will open the door to Kynareth’s Grotto. Inside, you will enter a colorful, lush garden protected by two tranquil Spriggans. Here, you can reclaim the Boots of the Crusader and finish the quest.
After you recover the boots, Avita Vesnia will depart the Shrine to join the Knights of the Nine at the Priory. Meanwhile, tragedy unfolds elsewhere, the Chapel of Mara in Bravil will be raided by Aurorans. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to do anything about it, and both Marz and Uravasa Othrelas will die.
