    How to Start Digital Deluxe Edition DLC Quests in Oblivion Remastered – Elder Scrolls 4

    The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is now out with better graphics and smoother gameplay, but it still keeps the feel of the original game. You can play it on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X, and it’s also on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Some fans might not like that the new quests are only in the Deluxe Edition, but the base game already has tons of things to do, like joining guilds, exploring a huge world, and completing many quests. Because the game has been highly anticipated, a lot of players are expected to check it out. In this guide, we will walk you through how to start both DLC storylines.

    How to Start Digital Deluxe Edition DLC Quests

    The regular version of the game costs $49.99 and comes with the full game, plus two big story expansions and lots of extra content. The Deluxe Edition costs $59.99. It includes special new quests that give you powerful Akatosh and Mehrunes Dagon armor, weapons, and horse gear. It also comes with a digital artbook and music app. If you already have the base game, you can upgrade to the Deluxe content for $9.99. Here’s how to start the digital deluxe edition DLC quests.

    The First DLC Quest

    To begin the first DLC quest, make your way to the Imperial City. You can fast travel directly to the marked location. Once you arrive, look for a dragon statue nearby. Close to it, you’ll find a barrel. On top of the barrel, you will find a note stating:

    You walk the path of the new Dawn,

    You would destroy the Septim’s spawns;

    Liberated from your chains,

    Follow us to herald His reign;

    The first you hold within your hands,

    Onto the next one we command;

    Wolves’ Father, Lord of the Hunt

    Our Lord’s Dominion, he’d confront.

    His wolf’s Gaze, you will follow,

    Behind a tree, the next will be.

    Interact with the note to trigger the quest. This will start a quest chain.

    The Second DLC Quest

    The second DLC quest is easy. Head over to Kavach, where you will encounter the relevant NPC early in your main story progression. As you pass through the area to close an Oblivion Gate, talk to the man nearby. Start a conversation about “hope,” and he will point you toward a dungeon that starts the quest.

    You will need to go back and forth a few times as the quest progresses, but overall it’s a simple and manageable chain. Both quests are worth completing. By doing them, you will earn a full set of light armor, a full set of heavy armor, and a range of useful weapons.
