The Miri Fajta quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 sends you on a search for a missing daughter, Marika, leading you across the Trosky region and beyond. This guide will walk you through each step of the quest, from finding the Nomad camp where it begins to locate Marika in her hidden cave and ultimately securing the Voivode’s amulet. Along the way, you’ll face challenges, including gathering medicinal herbs, rescuing a captured son, and proving your worth in combat and other trials.
How to Start the Miri Fajta Quest

To begin the Miri Fajta quest, travel to the Nomad camp located on the western edge of the Trosky region. From Semina, head northwest, and you’ll find the camp perched on the cliffs overlooking the lake, close to Mutt’s location. As you approach the combat training grounds, you’ll encounter the Nomad Voivode. He’ll ask for your help in finding his missing daughter, Marika. Agree to help, and the quest will officially start. Your search will lead you back to the herbalist and Troskowitz, and ultimately, you’ll be sent to Apollonia to find Marika.
Where To Find Marika

Marika is hiding out in a cave nestled within the rocky landscape of Apollonia. (See the map for the precise location.) When you reach the open area with the large central boulder, stay close to the southern wall. You should spot some bloodstains on the ground. Follow the trail of blood, and it will lead you directly to the cave where Marika and her lover, Bohush, are concealed. Unfortunately, Bohush has been seriously injured and stabbed by Marika’s brothers. Her mother, desperate to help, will ask you to find some comfrey to treat his wounds.
Where To Find Comfrey

The comfrey you need is growing in the herb garden at Troskowitz. Feel free to just pick it; it’s not considered stealing. Once you have it, take it to Marika. Now, to get the Voivode’s amulet, you’ll need to rescue his son, Tibor. He’s been captured by the villagers in Semine after the scuffle with Bohush (sadly, the Voivode’s other son was killed in that fight). The Voivode will only give you the amulet once Tibor is safe.
Where To Find Tibor

Tibor is imprisoned by the Saddler in Semine, whose house is located at the western edge of the village. If you go around the back of the Saddler’s house, you can see Tibor through a window. It’s a good idea to wait until nightfall to attempt a rescue; this will also make the next part of the quest, burying his brother’s body, much easier.
Once you’ve freed Tibor and given his brother a proper burial, you’ll have to pass three of the Voivode’s challenges to earn the amulet. For these, it’s really just a matter of skill. Make sure your combat abilities are strong enough to defeat Tibor in the fight. After you’ve proven yourself, the Voivode will finally give the amulet to Marika, and the quest will be complete.
