Turnabout Quest Objective
The quest begins when Celeste explains that recovering evidence against the Tubes Management before they get their hands on it could be a smart and strategic move, one that might finally help in taking them down. With this in mind, you’re entrusted with a fairly straightforward task: locate and retrieve the Blackmail Files for Celeste. These files are stored inside the North Trench Tower, and it’s your job to retrieve them.
How to Complete the Quest

First thing you’ll need to do is go to the North Trench Tower on the Spaceport map. Once you reach the location, climb the stairs in front of you and you’ll come across the tower’s locked gate. To unlock the gate, you’ll need the Spaceport Trench Tower Key.
Once you gain access to the interior of the tower, start searching around and you’ll come across the terminal. All you have to do now is interact with it to upload the Blackmail Files to Celeste and your task is done.
After successfully completing the quest, you’ll be rewarded with 2 x Barricade Kit and 23,000XP.
