Cruise Ship makes a strong comeback in THPS 3+4, standing out as one of the most iconic and well-loved maps from the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3. While most goals get a quick showcase during the opening flythrough, the Stunt Gauntlet on this level doesn’t offer much direction. If you’re unsure how to tackle it, this guide breaks down each of the three required stunts and how to complete them step by step.
How to Complete the Stunt Gauntlet in Cruise Ship
In the Cruise Ship level of THPS 3+4, usually, you get a quick overview of what to expect during the opening flythrough. But when it comes to the Cruise Ship Stunt Gauntlet, that intro doesn’t really offer much help, so it’s not immediately clear what you’re actually supposed to do. To complete this challenge, you’ll need to pull off three creative stunts scattered across the level:
First Stunt
Look up and you’ll spot three oversized pots hanging from the ceiling. Find a ramp or quarter pipe nearby to launch yourself upward and land on top of one of them. Once you’re steady, hop onto the cable that links the pots and grind across all three to check off this trick.
Second Stunt
Back at the starting zone, look for a blue platform with a quarter pipe. Build up your speed using the pipe and launch yourself high into the air. The goal is to get close enough to make contact with the helicopter that’s hovering above the platform.
Third Stunt
Now head over to the left side of the ship, near the storefronts. You’ll need to pull off a manual (balancing on either your front or back wheels) and hold it across the full stretch of the shop area. Keep your balance the entire way—falling resets your progress.
Once all three stunts are done, make your way to the pool section. Look for a giant gold coin in the area, interact with it to officially complete the goal.
