Through The Cracks is a quest in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. It starts with a finding missing supplies but quickly takes a strange turn into the unknown. How to Start the Through The Cracks Quest
To start the quest, head over to the Cuanacht region and look for Sine near her warehouse. Chat with her and ask if she has any work available. She’ll bring up a job about stolen legion supplies, just agree to help, and she’ll fill you in on what’s going on. Keep the conversation going to get all the details.
Through The Cracks Quest Guide
Head to Sine’s Warehouse around midnight. If it’s not quite that late yet, just rest at a bonfire until it’s between 12:00 and 1:00 AM. Once you go inside at the right time, look to your right, you’ll see a swirling black portal on the floor. Walk into it to get teleported to a strange and mysterious place.
When you’re ready, walk forward to meet Percy, the guy Sine mentioned earlier. After talking to him, head past him and go up the wooden stairs. At the top, interact with the pedestal on your right to clear the weird, root-like blockage. You might have to fight off some Wyrd Spirits nearby first.
Once the path is clear, keep moving forward and deal with any enemies along the way until you come across an NPC named Gaelric Tarian. No matter what you say to him, you’ll have to fight him in a duel to the death. Defeat him to move on.
After the fight, touch the amber, egg-shaped portal behind Gaelric. It’ll teleport you and Percy back to Sine’s Warehouse. Now all that’s left is to speak with Sine at her stall. Choose the dialogue option “I found out what was happening with the supplies” to report everything.
Through The Cracks Quest Rewards
As a reward, you’ll get the Mystic Ward magic. It doesn’t have a Heavy Cast, but its Light Cast is pretty handy, it creates a magical shield around you that lasts for 120 seconds and blocks the next hit you take. When that hit is absorbed, it also blasts nearby enemies (within 4 meters) with magical damage.
