To start the Winding Vine quest, you will need to go to Wei Guyi’s location. Her location is in Wei Guyi’s house, located in Karez Village in Jade Gate Pass, Hexit. Talk to her during the night and select the first dialogue option to start your quest. Enter Wei Guyi’s house and talk to her. Then, select the first dialogue option to start the quest.
Next, go to the building directly across from Wei Guyi’s house and talk to Li Qiucao. After talking to him, talk to Wei Guyi again. After talking to Wei Guyi, examine the flower pot inside her house. Once you have examined it, you need to wait 10 minutes in real time before returning. When you return, the flower will have bloomed.
