How to Earn 10,000 XP in a Single Shift (Employee of the Day Achievement)
To earn 10,000 XP in a Single Shift (Employee of the Day Achievement), first, play the game until you unlock custom shifts. Keep progressing until you also unlock helicopter patrols. Once you have got that, start a helicopter patrol and set your shift to 24 hours.
During this shift, you will be flying around in the helicopter, responding to different crimes. You will get calls from dispatch, and sometimes you might even spot crimes yourself. The goal is to take on as many of these incidents as you can and respond to them quickly.
For crimes like muggings or burglaries, the suspects are usually on foot. Once you have one bar, call in officer backup. Just keep doing that to swarm the area with cops. If the suspect is really fast, you can call in a cruiser, but backup officers usually get the job done better.
When it comes to vehicle theft, save up two bars of pursuit, call in a cruiser, and then do it again. After a couple of cruisers, call in a spike strip. Even if the criminal avoids it, it slows them down because they will try to dodge it.
There are around 20 challenges in total, so you will have lots of chances to collect points. To get the most XP, make sure to respond to emergency calls whenever they show up during your shift.
Just keep flying around your patrol zone, accept every crime call, and respond fast, and you can unlock the Employee of the Day achievement in The Precinct once you hit 10,000 XP.
