Straight Record Quest Guide in ARC Raiders

If you’re taking on the Straight Record quest in ARC Raiders, this guide will walk you through everything you need to do. The mission takes place at Victory Ridge, where you’ll need to find and shut down an old EMP trap by disabling three nearby power switches. It’s a short and easy quest once you know where to go just follow the steps below to complete it quickly.

Straight Record Quest Guide

Start by heading over to Victory Ridge on the map. The weather in this area is a bit hazy because of the nearby harvester, so visibility can be poor. Use your map to navigate carefully.

Your first goal is to locate the old EMP device. It’s marked on the map, so follow the waypoint closely until you reach it. Interact with the device once you find it to begin the next phase.

Disable the First Power Switch

After activating the EMP trap, you’ll need to turn off three power switches nearby.

  • The first switch is located on top of a small hill.
  • Check your map to pinpoint the exact spot.
  • Climb up and interact with the switch to disable it.

Disable the Second Power Switch

Next, move on to the second switch.

  • You’ll need to climb up a generator and then onto a set of walls.
  • Once you reach the top, you’ll see the switch.
  • Interact with it to turn it off.

Disable the Third Power Switch

For the third and final switch, jump down from the area above and look for a hole with a wire leading out of it.

  • Follow the wire along the ground.
  • You’ll come across a broken tree on your left.
  • The third switch is right next to that tree.

Once you’ve disabled all three switches, return to the original EMP device. Interact with it one last time to shut it down completely and finish the quest.
