The Spire of Clockwork is located to the east of the Golden Plains, after the Demeniss Supply Camp. However, you won’t be able to enter it right away while exploring Demeniss. To unlock access, you need to progress through the main story and complete Chapter 8. After defeating the boss Lucian Bastier, you’ll receive the Spire of Clockwork Key, which lets you open the doors and finally enter the tower.

Once you’re inside, you’ll come across some jump platforms. Try to aim for the centre when you jump. After landing, pull the lever to activate the mechanism above. From here, use your Axiom Force to climb upward.
Keep moving up, and you’ll find another platform. Just focus on hitting the middle. Pull the lever there and continue climbing. Be careful when you reach the stairs section. There’s a glitch where you can get stuck underneath them. To leave the spire, go through the opening in the rotating clock face. Once you’re out, take a right, and you’ll find an elevator waiting for you there.
After that, head to the left side of the structure and press a button to call an elevator. Ride it all the way up. Once you reach the top of the spire, head inside the structure and wait there for the Abyss Gate to appear.
