Solve Batterus Lo Wall Puzzle and Break Wall – Revenge of the Savage Planet

Coming across a Batterus Lo wall in the second planet of Revenge of the Savage Planet can be quite perplexing, especially considering how the game provides no context when it comes to the functioning of the Goo Ingestor. This wall prevents you from accessing the underground region where the primary boss and a vital upgrade is situated.

Worrying won’t help though and you are not alone in this, a lot of players out there must be feeling the same way; that’s why we’ve come up with this guide that will help you reach the goal and learn and explain how to utilize the Goo Ingester to electrify and break through the wall by solving the Batterus Lo Wall Puzzle.

How to Get the Goo Ingestor in Xephyr

To get the Goo Ingester, you will have to get two parts first which are located in Xephyr. First you’ll need to scan the Ferro Goo plant and it will update your journal with the exact locations of the components.

Part 1: Pillars of Turpitude

  • Go to the closest indicator, this will guide you to The Pillars of Turpitude.
  • Upon getting to the targeted section, search for the container from which black and pink cables are extending; these will lead you to your targets.
  • Kill the enemies you find there and then open the container to get the first part of the Goo Ingestor.

Part 2: Deadwood Gulch

  • Now head up to the Northwest section of the map, called Deadwood Gulch.
  • You’ll have to hack the container here, so prepare EKO to help you.
  • Defend against the incoming enemy forces while EKO does his work, focus on defeating the Vaperons as you move.
  • Once the hack completes, open the container and collect the second Goo Ingestor part.

Final Steps: Crafting the Goo Ingestor

  • Use a teleporter to return to your base.
  • Head to the 3D printer and navigate to the Power Hose section.
  • Select the Goo Ingestor upgrade. You’ll need the following materials:
  • 300 Aluminum (green)
  • 500 Carbon (blue)
  • 310 Silicon (yellow)

If you’ve been gathering resources regularly, you should already have enough. Once printed, you’re all set, return to the depths of Xephyr and use the Goo Ingestor to electrify the Batterus Lo wall.

How to Break Batterus Lo Wall and Solve the Puzzle

The large electrified mushrooms—Fungal Generators—need to be connected to three brown roots extending from the wall. This is done via smaller mushrooms called Dormant Fungal Receptors.

Step 1: Fill Your Goo Dispenser

Start by interacting with the purple plant on the central platform to fill your Goo Dispenser with Ferro Goo, a conductive liquid.

Step 2: Connect the First Receptor

With the Ferro Goo equipped, draw a straight line of purple goo from a Fungal Generator to the root leading to the receptor near the central platform.

You’ll know it’s connected properly when the Dormant Fungal Receptor begins to glow.

Step 3: Southern Receptor

Next, head to the southern part of the cave. Locate the Fungal Generator behind the pillar on the left of the central platform.

Draw a line of goo from this generator along the wall—it adheres easily, making this an uncomplicated path.

Step 4: Northwest Receptor

Refill your Ferro Goo before moving on.

Then, proceed to the northwest wall of the cave, around the corner. Since there’s a gap in the floor, apply the goo vertically up the wall, following the brown root to the final receptor.

Step 5: Clear the Batterus Lo Wall

Near the last receptor, you’ll notice some debris and cryopods.

Scan the cryopods—this is essential for the Best Served Cold quest, where you assist Tweed in taking down Alta.

Once the Batterus Lo wall is deactivated, you can explore the area below.

Bonus:In the depths, you’ll encounter Wormzilla again and obtain the Gritworks Magnetic Fork.

That’s all you need to activate the Batterus Lo wall in Revenge of the Savage Planet. While you’re adventuring, check out our Upgrades Guide for tips on boosting your gear, and don’t miss our curated list of the best co-op games for even more fun with friends.
