Scrabbles Location in The Outer Worlds 2

In The Outer Worlds 2, one of the side quests you’ll come across is called “A Sprat to Die For.” This little mission involves finding a mechanical sprat named Scrabbles, which has gone missing near a dangerous minefield. Completing this task not only earns you some useful rewards but also unlocks a unique perk that helps you find extra bits while looting containers.

Scrabbles Location

You can find Scrabbles at the Bridge of the Reverent, lying near the body of First Officer Schultz in the mined section of the area. You’ll need this little sprat for the side quest “A Sprat to Die For.” Once you have it, bring it back to Commander Torres to finish the quest. As a bonus, picking up Scrabbles also permanently unlocks the Scrabbles perk for your character. Scrabbles gives you a small boost of luck, letting you find a bit more cash in containers about 5% more bits, to be exact. It only costs one perk point to unlock.

A Sprat to Die For

When you first meet Commander Torres, don’t be surprised if he seems rude or uninterested. Keep pushing him a little and bring up Scrabble during the conversation. That’s how you’ll unlock the “A Sprat to Die For” task.

After talking to Commander Torres, your next goal is to head into the minefield to recover Scrabbles. If your Observation skill is high enough, you can carefully move through the area and disarm the mines one by one. But honestly, it’s usually faster to just sprint straight to where Scrabbles is.

When you reach for Scrabbles, be careful not to creep too close; there’s at least one mine sitting dangerously close to the doll. Once you’ve grabbed it, head back to Commander Torres. Hand over Scrabbles, and he’ll reward you with a few nice goodies: an Adreno Spume Boom Starter inhaler, a Light Pistol Reflex Sight (plus its crafting recipe), and 350 Bits.
