In Borderlands 4, the Scoundrel Roundup: Kilo side mission is a quest that ties into the main side mission The Kairos Job. As you progress through the story, you’ll be asked to help Shim recruit Kilo, which leads you into this mission. How To Start the Scoundrel Roundup Kilo
This side mission starts automatically while you are playing another mission called The Kairos Job. As you progress, you’ll complete the first part of that mission by walking alongside Shim. Once that’s done, Shim will ask you to recruit Kilo and Glitch, which in turn starts their own individual quests: Scoundrel Roundup: Kilo and Scoundrel Roundup: Glitch.
Head over to The Launchpad, which is located southeast of The Howl, and have a chat with Shim to continue your mission. Completing this side mission will reward you with experience points (EXP), some cash, and Eridium.
Scoundrel Roundup Kilo Quest Walkthrough
To recruit Kilo, start by heading to her house just northwest of The Launchpad and talk to her to accept the mission. When you arrive, keep an eye out for a woman with short hair that’s Kilo. Approach her and start a conversation. Just listen to what she has to say, and soon your Vault Hunter will step in and offer to help her. Once inside, Kilo will guide you to a system where you need to follow her instructions quickly each action has a 4 second timer.
The sequence goes like this: flip the switch, shoot the panel, pull the lever, shoot the panel again, flip the switch, melee the red button, pull the lever, melee the button once more, and finally flip the switch. After you complete all the steps, listen to Kilo for a moment, and she will join your crew, marking the end of the mission.
