Westville is one of six regions in Schedule 1, located in the northwest corner of the map—just as its name implies. In the game, each region becomes accessible as you advance through the main quest and level up. For example, Downtown unlocks at Hustler 1, while the Docks open up at Enforcer 1.
Westville follows a similar progression system. Once you’ve reached the required level and progressed far enough in the main storyline, the area becomes accessible. To get there, head northwest across the river using one of two available bridges. You’ll also be able to pass the police checkpoint without issue during midday and at 4 AM.

To obtain Pseudo in Westville, you’ll first need to unlock the Supplier contact. This process mirrors a real-world drug-dealing network, where trust and connection-building are essential to growing your empire. Start by offering free samples to potential customers—once accepted, they’ll be added to your contact list.
To access the Westville Supplier, Shirley Watts, you’ll need to go through either Jerry Montero or Meg Cooley. Consistently dealing with and messaging customers helps strengthen relationships, eventually unlocking the Supplier chain. Once Shirley Watts is available, you can text her to order Pseudo, pay her through a Dropbox, and retrieve your order from the designated dead drop. It’s that simple.
