Saturnism Mission Guide – Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate

The Saturnism mission in Destiny 2 is a mix of puzzles, platforming, and intense combat. It takes you through Augur’s Bethel and challenges you to use new tools like the Relocator II while fighting off Fallen enemies. If you are not sure where to start or how to handle each part, this walkthrough will guide you step by step so you can complete the mission without missing anything.

How to Start the Saturnism Mission

Head over to Augur’s Bethel, which you will find on the eastern edge of Kepler. Once you arrive, keep an eye out for a Matterspark pylon and a small tunnel right beside it, tucked into a little dip in the ground. Go through the tunnel, and you will come to a room with a Relocator cannon.

Nearby, there is another room with a plate you can activate. Doing this will unlock a new area. Inside, you will run into some Fallen Captains. Take them down and grab their explosive charges. Use those charges to blow up the Ether canisters in the room. Destroy three of them, and a door on the lower floor will open up. Head through, defeat the boss that shows up, and once they are down, you will unlock the path to the Saturnism mission.

Saturnism Mission Walkthrough

After a short section of jumping across Matterspark nodes and fighting enemies, you’ll reach the Relocator II. This upgraded version can damage the floating satellites, causing them to bounce signals off nearby debris. You can also shoot the round satellites with your own weapons to rotate them. For the very first puzzle, just turn around and shoot the floating relay behind you. This will activate the teleporter.

Destroy the Machines

In the next big room, your goal is to destroy three machines in the centre. You can find Fallen Shank minibosses with the necessary sabotage tools by following waypoints. Defeat them, collect the gear, and use it to break the machines. Run across the pipes located under the entrance.

To get to a tunnel on the higher floor, use Matterspark. To proceed, hop on a teleport plate and grab a Relocator cannon. Once you have done that, a Fallen Vandal miniboss will appear. There aren’t any new tricks here, just take it down, and that’s the mission complete.
