RPD S.T.A.R.S. Office Briefcase Puzzle Solution
You can find a locked STARS Briefcase inside the RPD building. From the main hall of the RPD building, go towards the west office. Once you reach the area, look for a ladder that is hanging above. Shoot it down so it drops to the floor. Then climb up and at the top continue to move forward till you reach the door. Open the door and go left into the armoury section. Inside one of the lockers, you will find the STARS briefcase.
Leave the armoury room and turn right to the nearby room. Inside this room, check the drawer, and when you open it, a note will fall down. If the note doesn’t fall, try shooting the drawer to make it fall. Next, exit the room and go to the library. Once inside, go to the stairs on the right side and climb to the upper floors. At the top of the stairs, look to the right side to find a book that you can interact with.
Open the book and examine the picture inside, and flip the picture to see the briefcase code. Now, the armoury locker and interact with the briefcase to enter the code: RRR. Inside the briefcase, you will get Power Shades Charm, which has unlimited bullet penetration and increased firepower for the last bullet in the cylinder.
