Revenge Of The Savage Planet – How To Complete Tweed’s Revenge

In Revenge of the Savage Planet, Tweed’s Revenge (aka Best Served Cold) tasks you with uncovering Alta InterGlobal’s corruption. Follow ex-CEO Martin Tweed’s trail across three planets, scanning hidden evidence while fending off Alta’s sabotage efforts. This guide will help you complete the quest and earn key achievements.

How to Complete Tweed’s Revenge

Martin Tweed, the former CEO of Kindred Aerospace, returns in a dramatic entrance with a personal vendetta. After Tweed was deposed forcibly by the powerful Alta InterGlobal corporation, he calls upon you with a mission called Tweed’s Revenge (or Best Served Cold). Tweed wants you to expose and gather proof on Alta’s dishonorable dealings, basically, for justice’s sake. The farther into this case you dig, the more you find yourself entwined in another related quest titled A Nastygram from Alta, in which the company tries to throw their weight around and intimidate you into giving up the investigation.

Tracking Tweed’s Evidence Trail

During Tweed’s Revenge, 13 concealed objects must be found and scanned between three different planets, namely Xephyr, Zenithian Rift, and Quasadron IX. These objects will hardly appear on your map but Tweed will give you directions whenever you are close to one.

Five pieces of evidence can be found on Xephyr. One is reported to be in Cactus Valley near a pond at the center of the map. Two more are hidden in G’nortt’s High Rise—one is inside a cave where you have to burn cobwebs using lava, and the other one you’ll get by climbing along a slope by the pink flora. The other two are located in the Great Oasis and Caves in Miranyth, one as a part of the main storyline and the other after breaking through a goo-covered wall with the Goo Ingestor.

In Zenithian Rift, five more objects await. One is tucked behind a waterfall near a pond full of Simian Puffers in Bilodeau’s Floating Isles. Another is positioned directly across from the teleporter in the Summit of Ruin. The Depths of Trrn contains a third terminal concealed under toxic goo, which can be cleared away with the whip—just remember to equip the Toxic Deshocker. The last two can be found underwater in Chikit’s Pools. After defeating the Clawbarella boss and gaining access to underwater areas, swim toward the right of the tunnel entrance and again just before resurfacing to spot the two servers.

Quasadron IX hosts the final three objects, all located in Alta’s Trash Mountain. These compacted trash blocks bearing the Alta logo are relatively close together—two are perched on high garbage stacks, while the third sits near a Stinging Bloatus plant.

Dealing with Alta’s Threats

While you gather evidence for Tweed, Alta’s higher-ups—Gunther Harrison and Mary K. Le Faux—will push back through the A Nastygram from Alta questline. At various points, you’ll need to check video messages in your hub. Upon exiting, Alta will send tasks your way designed to hinder progress.

Initially, you’ll have to eliminate enemies and shoot Gunther standees in Nu Florida. Later, a second wave—titled A(nother) Nastygram from Alta—will task you with finding and destroying 54 clones scattered around the same area. Many appear close to your base, though a few are hidden deep in the swamp.

As long as the quest is actively tracked, these clone locations will gradually get marked on your compass and screen.

Conclusion and Rewards

After successfully scanning all 13 pieces of evidence, the quest will prompt you to launch the Javelin. If you haven’t completed the necessary steps for that yet, it’s worth consulting a Javelin repair guide. Completing Tweed’s Revenge will unlock several achievements:

  • Toxic Positivity: for locating all cryopods on Xephyr.
  • Bad Data: for discovering every data terminal on Zenithian Rift.
  • Revenge Is Best Served via the Internet: awarded for collecting all evidence of Alta’s wrongdoings and launching the Javelin.
