POE2 Last of the Druids Mystery Box

The Last of the Druids Mystery Box is a cosmetic-only loot box in Path of Exile 2, which allows you to unlock visual items for your character, hideout, and gameplay effects. Every box gives you one random reward from a huge group of unique cosmetics. In this guide, we will explain what the Mystery Box has inside, what types of rewards you can get, and how to buy and open it in the game.

Last of the Druids Mystery Box

The Last of the Druids Mystery Box is a random cosmetic item in the The Last of the Druids theme. The moment you open it, the prize is instantly transferred to your MTX stash, ready to be used. In total, this mystery box has 63 various items with different styles and designs. The best part is that you will never get a duplicate; every time you open a box, you are guaranteed to receive something you don’t already own.

After buying the box, open the Cosmetics window. Click on the Consumable tab at the top. To open the Mystery Box and get a cosmetic item at random, click the Mystery Box. You can purchase the Mystery Box for 50 Points from the Path of Exile 2 shop. To open the shop, click the Microtransaction Shop button located on the player HUD.

Possible Rewards

You could get levelling-up effects like Rat Fountain, Wings of the Phoenix, or Ghostlance from the mystery room. There are dodge roll effects of different types, such as Abyssal, Phoenix, Rat Swarm, and Shattered styles. You can unlock rare finisher effects, like the Plummeting Chandelier, Phoenix Nosedive, and Giant Centipede.

In addition, the box has utility visuals, such as the Tracking Scroll of Crafting, which has a higher chance of getting. It is possible to get pets, including various Quillbooks and the Phoenix. You might get portal effects, such as Soulslash or Sands portals in desert, crimson, or wasteland themes. There are full armour cosmetic sets, including the Porcelain and Fleshveil Marionette pieces.

There are a lot of hideout decorations available, such as stash skins, altars, idols, and also special map devices such as Prison Waygate and Hourglass variants. You can also unlock weapon skins and back attachments, including Marionette and Stormborne designs with different elemental themes.

Many players feel that this mystery box was not well-timed. The majority of the cosmetics focus on lightning bows, ranger-type effects, and miscellaneous themes that do not really go with the current league. People hoped for Druid-related cosmetics or Vaal skill effects, but those are almost totally absent.

Druids have a bear shapeshift skin themed around a crocodile, but it’s not part of the mystery box. Instead, it’s placed in a different shop category, which caused confusion among many players. On top of that, there was no preview video for it initially, so people were unaware of what they were actually buying.
