Once you find these bodies, you will use the information from an anatomical chart to unlock a code that will open a door leading to the next area.
Operating Room Anatomy Puzzle Solution
You will need to locate all the Playtime Co. bodies scattered around the operating room in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4. Before you begin exploring, make sure to grab the gas mask from the body on the OR table. Once you step into the red gas-filled area, keep an eye on your oxygen level, as it will start depleting over time.
The entire area follows a looping layout, so the best approach is to pick a starting point and move forward, checking every corner along the way. Your goal is to find four bodies: Bubba the Elephant, Green Huggy, Bunzo the Bunny, and Bron the Dinosaur. Keep moving systematically to ensure you don’t miss any of them. As you explore, you will hear a recording, usually between a doctor and a patient, letting you know you’re close to one of the Critter bodies.
After locating all four bodies, continue navigating the hallways until you come across a well-lit area with an open-air duct. Grab the handle on top of the duct and climb inside, which will lead you to an operating theater where PJ Pug-a-Pillar’s body is lying on the bed. Interact with the body and press the red button behind it to activate a shortcut that will take you back to the operating room.
Anatomy Puzzle Solution
When you return to the operating room, approach the monitors, and you will see the serial numbers of the critter bodies displayed on the screen. Follow the anatomy chart shown to match the injuries on the toys, and this will give you the code. To obtain the code, match the body parts to their corresponding Playtime mascot and note the number associated with each one:
- Head: Bron the Dinosaur – Code: 3
- Arm: Bunzo the Rabbit – Code: 5
- Hand: Green Huggy – Code: 1
- Leg: Bubba the Elephant – Code: 9
- Foot: PJ Pug-a-Pillar – Code: 8
By following the anatomical chart and correlating the body parts with the toys, you can retrieve the correct code. Once you solve the operating room anatomy puzzle, you’ll get the code “35198.” Enter this code into the terminal to unlock a room upstairs.
Now, head upstairs through the small door next to the body, and you will find a newly unlocked room with another one of the Doctor’s organs – the liver, inside a containment unit. Just like in the Morgue, grab the plug from the wall and insert it into the unit. The liver will be electrocuted, allowing you to move on to the next area in Poppy Playtime.
