To earn the “Ocelot Always Gets His Man” trophy in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, you need to spot Ocelot in the background during the final cutscene when Snake shakes the President’s hand​. This trophy is a Bronze rarity. The trophy requires a specific action during the final cutscene in the game. 

How to Get Ocelot Always Gets His Man Trophy

You can unlock this during one of the final cutscenes after you defeat The Boss. After the fight, you will see several cutscenes in the airplane, and you will also fire a revolver. Do not skip any cutscenes after that. Ocelot Always Gets His Man Trophy is easy to miss, so it is a good idea to make a manual save before the fight with The Boss.

During the final cutscene, When Snake is at the White House and the President says “You are a true patriot.” The President will call you a true patriot. When that happens, hold R1 (or RB). Then, move the right stick to look left, and you’ll notice Ocelot secretly watching through a window.
