In Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, the London level contains classic skating mixed with some quirky objectives. One such mission is to free Stompy the Elephant-a fun little challenge hidden among the city streets. This quick guide will tell you exactly where to go and what to trigger and how long you have to Skitch to unlock both van doors and finish the objective with ease.
How to Free Stompy the Elephant in London

London, the sixth level in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, is based on the real city of London, capital of Great Britain. Once part of main-game campaign levels, this map has now been reimagined to form a somewhat arcade-style gameplay involving timed runs and goal-oriented challenges. One of these challenges requires the player to Free Stompy the Elephant:
To free Stompy the Elephant, you’ll need to skate all the way to the far end of the level, opposite the starting point. There, you’ll come across a van with a crowd of protestors gathered around it. Once the cutscene finishes playing, your next task is to locate that same van somewhere in the level. When you find it, start Skitching, just grab onto the back and hold on. The first door will unlock after about five seconds of Skitching, and if you keep holding on for around ten more seconds, the second door will open too and you’ll complete your goal of freeing Stompy.
