If you’ve already finished the first part of Little Master’s Legacy, the second one can be a bit difficult to start if you don’t know where to look. In this quest, you’ll meet Xiao Ping’an again as he secretly watches your battles in the Verdant Wilds. He’ll challenge you to perform a specific sword technique, so having the right weapon and knowing where to stand is important. This guide will help you start the quest and get the rewards in Where Winds Meet.
How to Start the Little Master’s Legacy 2
Head over to the Verdant Wilds in the Qinghe region. Make sure you already have the Strategic Sword unlocked, because Xiao Ping’an will specifically ask you to use Strategic Sword – Inner Track Slash again.
Just like before, clear out one of the enemy camps in the area. After the camp is empty, look around the edges; you’ll often find Xiao Ping’an hiding in the grass and watching you from a distance. Talk to him to start Little Master’s Legacy II. This time, he’s not impressed by simple sword moves anymore. He immediately asks you to show him the Inner Track Slash from the Strategic Sword.
Perform Strategic Sword Inner Track Slash
Before you try the move, make sure you switch to the Strategic Sword weapon. You’ll also notice a small marker on the ground stand exactly on that spot, or the game won’t count the technique.
To find the move, open your Strategic Sword abilities and look for the one literally named Inner Track Slash. Use it while standing in the marked position. After you perform the technique, talk to him again. He’ll let you know you’ve passed the first test and hint that you’ll cross paths again, with more challenges waiting for you.
Finishing Little Master’s Legacy II gives you a nice set of rewards for such a quick encounter. You’ll earn some Qinghe Exploration progress, gain 100 Enlightenment Points, and pick up 2,000 Character EXP along with 2,000 Zhou Coins. It’s a simple quest, but the rewards make it worth doing.
