Code Vein 2 is a mid-level landmark—the Limestone Cave, but this area is not shown clearly on the map; you will likely have to look for it using some assistance. This guide will help players navigate towards the cave and explain what will happen when they arrive at the cave, with no distractions or spoilers provided.
Getting to the Limestone Cave

Once you finish the Lyle storyline, you can access the pathway to the Limestone Cave. To access it quickly, use fast travel to go to Forward Base Two, then walk east from your base until you find an elevator leading down in the south part of the bridge area. Go down using the elevator and walk to the end of the hallway where you will be away from your main base.
After going down, begin walking toward the next area until you come across a connector which will take you to the next area and to the opening of the cave. There is a Mistle at the beginning of the cave entrance that shows you have arrived at the Limestone Cave.
What to Expect Inside

The cave presents you with an immediately strong challenge when entering it through a tough enemy encounter. If you defeat this enemy, you can continue through the cave because you have completed the primary objective here. After fighting, if you wish, you can exit through the front of the cave. However, if you want to keep on exploring, you can do so.
If you choose to continue on your journey through the cave, you will find optional loot and combat upgrades for your character. While these upgrades and loot do not contribute to the story or progression, they provide significant benefit and make fully exploring this cave worthwhile.
